However, certain parts of the U.S. are considered "Remote Zone Areas" which will require an additional $150 fee if requesting "Inside Delivery" or "Delivery & Setup Service." These orders may also take up to 5 additional business days to complete.
Delivery destinations in "Isolated Zone Areas" (islands and sounds) requesting "Inside Delivery" or "Delivery & Setup Service" will require a custom quote before the order total can be finalized.
Alaska and Hawaii customers: "Inside Delivery" and "Delivery & Setup Service" are, unfortunately, not available.
New York City Surcharge: Delivery destinations for zip codes beginning with 100 through 104, 110 or 116, which includes Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Western Nassau County will require an additional $85.00 if requesting "Inside Delivery" or "Delivery & Setup Service."
