Shipping/Delivery

Flexabeds Ship FREE! Build time is approximately 3 business days. Freight transit time will vary depending on the destination of your bed from Flexabed's manufacturing facility in Georgia. Free Threshold Delivery orders will be delivered just inside the threshold entrance to your home, garage or business. Threshold orders are typically fulfilled within 7 to 10 business days of order date. *If you wish to have your bed delivered inside and assembled, you will need to choose one of the available Bed Setup options. Bed Setup orders are typically fulfilled within 10 to 12 business days of order date. IMPORTANT: If your delivery requires elevator service, the dimensions of the elevator will need to be determined for accessibility. An additional service fee may be necessary if the elevator is limited access.

WESTERN U.S. CUSTOMERS: Orders shipping to CA, WA, NV, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, UT, CO, AZ, and NM can add an additional 2 to 3 business days to your order.

Due to its made-to-order nature, this is a Non-Returnable item outside of inaccurate fulfillment, manufacturer defect or other issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Returning item must be returned in new condition.

• Headboard Mounting Brackets to attach to existing headboards are included. Shown headboard is not included, and not sold by Flexabed or New Leaf. *Installation is the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be installed by Delivery & Setup team. NOTE: The brackets cannot be used with split/dual Queen or King beds. If you choose to position a headboard between the wall and the bed, we recommend that you anchor the headboard to the wall for safety purposes.
• 22 7/8-inch Height from Floor to Top of Mattress "” Can be lowered to 21 5/8-inches by removing the casters in favor of Leg Caps. The height of each bed can also be raised 2 to 7 inches in 1 inch increments with optional Leg Extensions. Note: Optional Low Profile mattress lowers the overall height to 18 3/4 inches with casters, or 17 1/2 inches with casters removed in favor of Leg Caps. *See "Leg Caps" under "Additional Options Available" for request details.
• Weight Capacity, Single Occupant: 300 lbs *Can be reinforced to 400 lbs with Frame Reinforcement option (Reinforcement not available for Dual Queen beds)
• Weight Capacity, Dual Occupants: 500 lbs *Can be reinforced to 700 lbs with Frame Reinforcement option. *Any one person cannot weigh more than 400 lbs (Reinforcement not available for Dual Queen beds)
• Side Half-Rails can be ordered as a Pair (2 rails) or by the Each (Left or Right side). Choosing Left or Right side is from the perspective of the individual in bed, looking down towards their feet. IMPORTANT: Side Rails ordered with DUAL QUEEN beds can ONLY be installed by the customer using provided mounting instructions. White glove agents are not permitted to provide this service.

Flexabed Premier mattresses feature a beautiful upgraded knit fabric ornate motif with contrasting piping edge treatment, and an attractive contrasting grey fabric profile. The plush, multi-layered, quilted cushion-tops are made with hi-density super-soft polyurethane foam and flame resistant polyester fiber, while the bottom layers are protected by a nonskid material that prevents the mattress from sliding across the adjustable foundation and provides a flame-resistant barrier.
