A Repair Authorization will need to be generated on your behalf before this item can be selected.
Warranty repair/service shipping costs to and from the Invacare service center are the responsibility of the machine owner as of November 1, 2019. The total $38.00 charge for this item# INV_WARRANTY_SHIP *We recommend that you remove your existing filters and save them for later use if they are still in good condition. Please note that the shipping of your unit to the Invacare service center will need to be coordinated by you directly—we recommend using UPS or FedEx.
These will be your only costs unless Invacare's review determines that the issue you are experiencing is not covered under Invacare's Manufacturer Warranty. In the event that your repair needs are not covered, you will be presented with a Repair Quote, and you will have the option to: Approve the repair and have the unit returned to you; Decline the repair and have the unit returned to you "as is"; or have Invacare Recycle/Dispose of the unit on your behalf (your prepaid return shipping cost will be applied to this option).

- Additional shipping charges apply for items marked "Oversized" and/or "Overweight" and for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Express shipping is not available for freight items that weigh over 100 lbs. We do not ship outside of the United States.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.
- Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition, and in its Original Manufacturing Packaging. Manufacturers will not grant returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
- There are certain products that are inherently Non-Returnable due to the nature of the product, sterile/hygienic concerns, or for custom-built reasons. These products include: Mattresses; Mattress Pads; Bath Lifts; Incomplete Case Packs; and other items that may have medical device return restrictions from the manufacturer.
- If a Case Pack item packaging has been opened, or if a Mattress or Bathroom Product has been put into service, it is NOT eligible for return.
