Invacare's SoftForm Premier Mattress is for heavier weight users up to a very high risk of pressure ulcers. This 36"W x 6"H mattress comes in 80" or 84" lengths, and features a single piece of U core foam, making it more durable than a mattress with glued foam. Built-in side supports make transfers easier for user and caregiver. The High-resiliency foam contours the user's body for exceptional fit and comfort. Shipping/Delivery*

Invacare orders generally ship 1 to 2 days from order date if placed by 1:00 PM EDT / 12:00PM CDT, Mon-Fri. Freight transit time is generally 3 to 5 business days. *While the bulk of shipping costs are covered, a $75 lift gate fee will be added during checkout under the line item "Shipping Exception." Note: If your delivery will be made to a Freight Dock, please notify New Leaf via the "Order Comments" field during checkout, and a $40 credit will be applied to your payment method. You must notify New Leaf within 2 hours of order placement to qualify for this credit.

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.
• Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition, and in its Original Manufacturing Packaging. Manufacturers will not grant returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
• There are certain products that are inherently Non-Returnable due to the nature of the product, sterile/hygienic concerns, or for custom-built reasons. These products include: Mattresses; Mattress Pads; Bath Lifts; Incomplete Case Packs; and other items that may have medical device return restrictions from the manufacturer.
• If a Case Pack item packaging has been opened, or if a Mattress or Bathroom Product has been put into service, it is NOT eligible for return.
