Shipping/Delivery*

This is a made-to-order item with a build time of approximately 8 weeks. Transit time is generally 4 to 6 business days once your order ships. Curbside Delivery orders are delivered to your door, but not brought inside or removed from the box. The freight company will call you to arrange for a convenient delivery date and time. Some assembly of the chair back into the base and accessories required, typically 20 minutes. Delivery & Assembly option may add 3 to 4 days to your expected delivery time. *While the bulk of shipping costs are covered, a $49 lift gate fee will be added during checkout under the line item "Shipping Exception." Note: If your delivery will be made to a Freight Dock, please notify NewLeaf via the "Order Comments" field during checkout, and a $49 credit will be applied to your payment method. You must notify NewLeaf within 2 hours of order placement to qualify for this credit.
