Lumex Stand Assist Patient Lift LF1600

The Lumex LF1600 Stand Assist Patient Lift Transport is a non-powered lift that helps patients raise and lower from a standing or seated position. The LF1600 keeps patients actively participating in the sit to stand / raising and lowering process. The Lumex Stand Assist is a safe and convenient for patient transfers to-and-from any seated position—bed, chair, sofa, commode, wheelchair, etc. The stand assist device requires minimal caregiver assistance, which helps reduce the risk of lower back injuries and off balance transfers. Patients simply grasp the middle bar and use their own arm and leg strength to pull and push themselves up from a seated position into a standing position on the platform. The padded split seats are then swung down and locked into position by the caregiver to form a comfortable seat for stable transport anywhere in the home. Once your destination is reached, the patient simply repeats the raising process, while the caregiver unlocks the padded seats that conveniently swing out of the way, while the patient lowers back down to a seated position. The Lumex Stand Assist is safe and easy to use, and an incredibly convenient toileting transfer alternative to a wheelchair. With a maximum outside width of 25-inches, the Lumex Stand Assist LF1600 will even fit through most doorways to assist with transferring from room-to-room.

IMPORTANT: This stand assist lift and patient transfer device is designed for transport assistance of individuals between approximately 5' 1" and 6' 6" in height. Ensure the height of the patient before ordering to verify the LF1600 properly fits the individual being transferred. It is also designed for users who have enough strength and stability to lift and support themselves. We recommend an electric sit-to-stand lift for users with limited strength and stability. We additionally recommend that you measure your furniture, wheelchair (if applicable) and doorway clearance needs, and consult the product Specifications provided on this page in order to assure that this device will work in your environment.
