The McKesson Low Air Loss Underpads are ultra breathable and specially designed for use with patients who sleep on an alternating pressure air mattresses. These heavy absorbent underpads reduce pH of urine and promote skin wellness and odor control. The soft, non-woven top sheet and breathable back sheet are gentle on skin, protect the mattress, and have maximum air circulation.
