Shipping/Delivery

Every Dawn House Bed includes FREE Shipping and Installation! Build Time is approximately 3 business days from order date. Delivery and Setup is typically fulfilled within 2 to 3 weeks of order date. If your delivery destination has unique circumstances (i.e. long or steep driveway, gated entrance, or rural location), please give us a call us to discuss and help coordinate any special arrangements that may need to be made. IMPORTANT: If your delivery requires elevator service, the dimensions of the elevator will need to be determined for accessibility before we can process your order. An additional service fee may be necessary if the elevator is limited access.

Due to its made-to-order nature, this is a Non-Returnable item outside of inaccurate fulfillment, manufacturer defect or other issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
