Pride New York City Surcharge

Free shipping for Pride Mobility includes delivery to 88% of the U.S. population that lives in "Standard Zone Areas." However, orders delivering to the New York City area require an additional $85.00 New York City Surcharge if requesting "Inside Delivery" or "Delivery & Setup Service."

You will need to select this item PRIDE-NYC if you are choosing a delivery option other than "Free Curbside Delivery" and your delivery destination's zip code begins with:

• 100 through 104, 110 or 116
• Includes Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Western Nassau County

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.
• Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition, and in its Original Manufacturing Packaging. Manufacturers will not grant returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
• There are certain products that are inherently Non-Returnable due to the nature of the product, sterile/hygienic concerns, or for custom-built reasons. These products include: Mattresses; Mattress Pads; Bath Lifts; Incomplete Case Packs; and other items that may have medical device return restrictions from the manufacturer.
• If a Case Pack item packaging has been opened, or if a Mattress or Bathroom Product has been put into service, it is NOT eligible for return.
