Prius UTS Mattress System w/ Alternating Pressure & Patient Handset Control — 36"W x 80"L

The Prius UTS Mattress System features an Internal Pump location inside the foot section of the mattress and a category exclusive Hand Control Pendant that allows the system to be operated by the bed occupant. This system also offers integrated Automatic Weight Sensing Technology to provide maximal distribution of patient weight through a low pressure alternating mode and a continuous low pressure mode in one air mattress system, resulting in high levels of pressure relief to prevent and treat pressure ulcers up to stage 4. The Prius UTS works on the principle of actively encouraging blood flow by gently increasing and decreasing pressure within the supports surface over a 10 minute cycle, resulting in the reduction of surface pressures helping to prevent tissue breakdown and encourage healing.

The unique Wired User-Controlled Hand Pendant allows the user to control all features of the mattress from the bed. It's an ideal feature that gives patients who live alone, or wish to be more dependent when it comes to the operation of their mattress system.
