Prius Foam Mattresses are a low to high risk system for individuals who are at risk of developing stage 1, 2, and single site stage 3 pressure sores. The VXL Mattress is a tri-layered foam replacement mattress with a cool visco elastic foam top layer, zoned middle layer comfort foam and heel soft foam foot section. The base of the mattress is a firm foam support layer to prevent bottoming out. The cover is a urethane 4-way stretch top cover to protect the mattress. Orders for the 36" wide size placed by 1:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM CT generally ship the same day, Mon-Fri. Orders for the 42" and 48" width models are made-to-order and are estimated to ship 7 to 10 days from order date. Transit time is generally 3 to 5 business days.

Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition, and in its Original Manufacturing Packaging. Manufacturers will not grant returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
There are certain products that are inherently Non-Returnable due to the nature of the product, sterile/hygienic concerns, or for custom-built reasons. These products include: Mattresses; Mattress Pads; Bath Lifts; Incomplete Case Packs; and other items that may have medical device return restrictions from the manufacturer.
If a Case Pack item packaging has been opened, or if a Mattress or Bathroom Product has been put into service, it is NOT eligible for return.
