Shipping/Delivery*

This is a stocked item. Orders placed by 1:00 PM EDT / 12:00 PM CDT ship the same day, Mon-Fri. Orders placed after this time frame will ship the next business day. Freight transit time is generally 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free. Orders require lift gate due to weigh of box. Door Delivery orders are delivered to your door, but not brought inside or removed from the box. Inside Delivery orders will be delivered just inside the first threshold entrance to your delivery location, but not to an interior room, apartment, office or removed from the box. The freight company will call you to arrange for a convenient delivery date and time for delivery. Some light assembly required, typically 15 minutes or less. • Cushioned support panels under the arm and lumbar areas enhance patient comfort
