Shipping/Delivery*

This is a stocked item. Orders ship 24 to 48 from order date, business days. Transit time is generally 3 to 5 business days. Orders are delivered to your door, but not brought inside or removed from the box. The freight company will call you to arrange for a convenient delivery date and time. Some light assembly required, typically 20 minutes or less. *This item cannot be returned if it has been removed from the box, per manufacturer restrictions. Protekt 4-Point Cradle Clip Sling *Sling not included with lift

A general purpose 4-Point Cradle Clip Sling is required to use the Protekt All-In-One patient lift. If you do not already have a 4-point cradle sling, the optional Protekt Cradle Slings will need to be ordered with the lift. The 4-Point Cradle Slings are reusable, made of polyester, and feature Padded Legs. Available in sizes Medium, Large and X-Large. Weight capacity of 600 lbs.

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer.
• Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition, and in its Original Manufacturing Packaging. Manufacturers will not grant returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
• There are certain products that are inherently Non-Returnable due to the nature of the product, sterile/hygienic concerns, or for custom-built reasons. These products include: Mattresses; Mattress Pads; Bath Lifts; Incomplete Case Packs; and other items that may have medical device return restrictions from the manufacturer.
• If a Case Pack item packaging has been opened, or if a Mattress or Bathroom Product has been put into service, it is NOT eligible for return.
