Remote Zone Area Delivery Setup Exception

Delivery & Setup options are available for a wide range of products at NewLeaf. While the prices listed on the product page for "Final Step — Delivery Preference" are applicable to 88% of the U.S. population that lives in "Standard Zone Areas," certain parts of the U.S. are considered "Remote Zone Areas." These remote areas will require an additional fee if selecting one of the available "Bed Setup" or "Delivery & Setup" options. Remote Zone Area orders may also take up to 5 additional business days to complete if the setup option is selected.

Alaska and Hawaii customers: "Delivery & Setup" requests for Alaska or Hawaii orders are reviewed on an order-by-order basis and may take 2 to 3 business days to confirm if the service is available in your area. You will be contacted by NewLeaf within that timeframe to confirm if your request can/cannot be fulfilled, and the cost. At that time you will have the opportunity to: Approve the quote provided and apply the fee to your order; Opt to proceed without the Delivery & Setup option (in this case, the Delivery & Setup option will be canceled and credited back to you); Make other changes to your order; or Cancel your order in its entirety for a full refund.

• If a Case Pack item packaging has been opened, or if a Mattress or Bathroom Product has been put into service, it is NOT eligible for return.
