Joey & ePump Discontinued: How to Switch to Kangaroo OMNI

Cardinal Health has discontinued the Kangaroo Joey and Kangaroo ePump feeding pumps. Cardinal names the Kangaroo OMNI as the replacement. This page explains the dates, which OMNI bag replaces your old bag, and how to switch with no gap in supplies.

Find the part number printed on your current bag's package in the first column. The third column is the OMNI part that Cardinal lists as the replacement. OMNI bags only fit the OMNI pump, so switch pump and bags together.

Will my Joey or ePump bags fit the OMNI pump?

No. The OMNI uses its own cassette-style Kangaroo OMNI feeding sets. Use the chart above to find the right OMNI set.

Can I keep using my Joey or ePump pump?

Per Cardinal, in-warranty service continues until your warranty ends, and out-of-warranty repair ended December 31, 2024. Talk with your care team about when to switch, and keep an eye on bag supply.
